Job Summary:

The Online MF Support Desk Executive will be responsible for handling queries, providing assistance, and resolving issues related to online mutual funds for RMs, Business Partners, and clients. The role requires prompt response, effective coordination, and ensuring a smooth user experience on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond to queries related to online mutual fund transactions (SIP, lumpsum, redemption, etc.)
• Provide timely assistance to RMs, BPs, and clients on platform usage and transaction processes
• Coordinate with internal teams (IT, operations) for issue resolution and follow-ups
• Escalate critical or unresolved issues within defined timelines
• Track and maintain records of queries, complaints, and resolutions
