Onsite AV & IT Field Technician — Level 2

DVI Solutions Asia is looking for a Level 2 Field Technician based in Singapore. This role involves providing onsite technical support for audio-visual setups, end-user computing devices, and IT infrastructure, ensuring timely resolution of incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in technical AV support, with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and hardware troubleshooting, along with a willingness to support clients at their locations.
