Onsite Field Engineer - Wireless IT Support

Lead onsite wireless IT initiatives as a Field Engineer specializing in the deployment of Wireless LAN Controllers across the USA and Canada. This role demands strong IT support and field expertise.

We are looking for a seasoned Field Engineer with over three years in IT support who will focus on installing and configuring Cisco 9800 WLCs. Your hands-on experience in networking and structured cabling will play an essential role in this dynamic position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform rack & stack and structured cabling
• Install 2 x Cisco 9800 WLCs per site
• Execute SFP installation and fiber patching
• Validate switchports and execute cross-connections
• Support remote teams and decommission legacy WLCs
