Job Description
CERN is seeking a GPU and ML software developer to enhance its event reconstruction capabilities for the ALICE experiment. Responsibilities include developing ML-based clusterisation and contributing to Monte Carlo production systems. The ideal candidate should have a background in high energy physics, GPU programming experience, and a solid understanding of machine learning frameworks.
A monthly stipend of CHF and 30 days of paid leave are part of the benefits. The position is fully onsite, located in Switzerland, with a target start date of August 1, 2026.
