Onsite IT Support. Dispatch/Freelance

Scope of Work

• Provide onsite hands-and-feet support for IT infrastructure.
• Verify and troubleshoot physical network connectivity.
• Restart or power-cycle network devices (such as routers, switches, and firewalls) as instructed.
• Assist the remote support team by performing onsite tasks, including cable checks, LED status verification, and basic hardware inspections.
• Report findings and provide updates to the remote support team to facilitate issue resolution.
• Follow documented procedures and comply with site access and safety requirements.

Tools Required

• Console cable
• Laptop
• Usb drive
• Mobile hotspot or some way to connect laptop to the internet.
