Onsite IT Support Engineer - Deskside Specialist

HCLTech is seeking an IT Support Technician in Valladolid, Spain. You will provide technical support to end users, including installation and troubleshooting of desktop systems and applications. A strong focus on customer service and strong communication skills in both Spanish and English are essential.

This role requires at least 3 years of experience in user support and familiarity with ticketing tools. Candidates should have a solid understanding of ITIL and be able to assist teams both locally and remotely.
