A leading global communications provider in Metro Manila is looking for a Technical Support Specialist. You'll be responsible for providing both remote and onsite IT support, managing incidents, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of technical support experience and is proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. This full-time position requires you to work onsite 5 days a week from 8am to 5pm.
