Red Ember is recruiting an Onsite IT Support Technician on behalf of our client based in Sandton to join their team.The ideal candidate will require strongtechnical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability torepresent our company professionally.
Provide daily onsite support to end users. Troubleshoot andresolve hardware, software, and network issues. Maintain and support Windowsdesktops and related infrastructure. Assist with user account administrationthrough Active Directory. Support email systems and ensure mail flowfunctionality. Communicate effectively with both technical and non ‑ technicalusers. Ensure professional conduct when dealing with the client’s staff andenvironment. Maintain clients environment and uptime.
