Job Description
Be a vital part of Ontario's Legislative Assembly as an HR Consultant. Your role will focus on supporting MPPs with comprehensive HR solutions and services.
In the Office of the Assembly, you’ll report to the Manager of Human Resources, working with a talented team to provide strategic HR support. Your responsibilities will include offering generalist HR services, interpreting policies, and assisting with the development of various HR initiatives. Upholding integrity and professionalism is key, as is providing confidential advice tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and advise on HR client requirements
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and practices
• Maintain professionalism in a consultative role
