Job Description
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
The Outpatient Nurse Coordinator is a Registered Nurse is a member of the care delivery team who is responsible for the care of the patient in a global view, accountable for multiple aspects of the patient care package even when patient contact is minimized. The Outpatient Nurse Coordinator uses independent judgment and continued communication with the patient, family, physician and community resources to assist the patient in attaining a measure of outpatient health. The Outpatient Nurse Coordinator a commitment to the community and to the nursing profession.
Travel will be required to the Hemophilia Center of Western PA, located in Oakland.
Hybrid Work from Home scheduling is available after an orientation period.
