Responsibilities

• Analyze biological samples from DM1 patients enrolled in the DM1‑Hub registry.
• Perform long‑read sequencing to study the DMPK region (expansion, variants, epigenetics and mosaicism).
• Integrate multi‑omics data (transcriptomic and metabolomic datasets) to investigate disease mechanisms and identify biomarkers.
• Develop proteomic protocols (ELISA and Western blot) for biomarker validation.
