Job Description
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone highly organised and adaptable to join a fast-moving property team where strong communication and attention to detail are essential. You'll support a wide range of activities across administration, client coordination and team operations.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Providing administrative and PA support to the Open Market team.
- Acting as a first point of contact for buyers, sellers, advocates and clients.
- Managing enquiries via telephone, email and in person professionally and efficiently.
- Assisting with diary coordination, appointments and meeting arrangements.
- Supporting sales administration including preparation of Conditions of Sale and related documentation.
