Operation Director - Fast‐Growing Food & Beverage Brand

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with overseas stores and Business Development to collect, organize, distribute, and archive franchise store setup information.
• Manage communication and coordination with overseas franchisees for all pre‑opening matters, including design, construction, merchandising, and opening event materials.
• Liaise with Marketing on production and delivery of promotional materials for upcoming store openings.
• Assist the Training Department with issuing training notices and provide timely updates on registration progress.
• Coordinate with Finance on payments related to site selection, design, engineering, collection, and support fees, ensuring accurate reconciliation.
• Follow up with the Logistics team to confirm material readiness, delivery timelines, and tracking.
