Operational Excellence Engineer

Job Summary

The primary role of the Operational Excellence Engineer is to optimize work processes, systems, and human and material resources using qualitative and quantitative skills to minimize the organization’s cost and maximize its profit. Along with the Manufacturing Operations team, executes projects that represent improvements to internal and external organizations. Contributes to the cross‑functional team in the manufacturing organization and conducts projects across departments to improve the organization.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering.
• With 1–2 years of experience in handling and/or leading Continuous Improvement initiatives and Goal Alignment projects, preferably within an FMCG environment.
• Experience in Business Process Improvement, Internal Audit, and project management related to process optimization and operational excellence initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office...
