Hays’ Cyber practice have partnered exclusively with Registers of Scotland (RoS) on the search for an experienced Senior Operational Resilience Manager to lead the development and embedding of operational resilience capability across aplex, digitally-driven public sector organisation.

This is a high-impact role focused on ensuring critical services remain available and recoverable during disruption. You will work at a strategic level to shape resilience frameworks, influence senior stakeholders, and build a culture of preparedness. This is an opportunity to establish and drive a resilience function with significant organisational visibility and influence.
