Operational Support Lead Analyst

The Ops Support Lead Analyst role is a senior lead position. This role supports the Financial Services Investigations (FSI) team and is responsible for providing oversight of enterprise-wide and business-related projects that affect FSI. This role is responsible for driving Project outcomes aligned to Financial Services Investigation strategy and vision in accordance with USCC Core Operations. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of Project targets supporting FSI processes and ensuring adequate controls, infrastructure, and resource are in place to support those processes. This role will work with Issue and Project management teams to provide requirements and ensure deliverables are completed timely, with immediate focus on Personal Installment Loan (PIL) projects.
