Operations Admin- Company Formation

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Executive - Company Formation at SCORP in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Operation Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations related to company formation, licenses, and PRO services. They will also oversee operations management tasks and ensure efficient communication within the organization.

• Assist clients in setting up new businesses in Dubai, including Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore companies.
• Provide guidance to clients on the appropriate legal structure (LLC, Sole Proprietorship, Free Zone, etc.) based on their requirements.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for company formation, trade license issuance, and other regulatory requirements.
