Job Title: Operations Analyst
Support the Operations Team Lead in managing and coordinating daily analytics operations and support within the enterprise Analytics domain. Share responsibility for ensuring that global analytics operations and support processes function smoothly and consistently. Actively ensure that governance standards, documentation, and handover artefacts are followed from development to operations. Manage and track change requests, service requests, and incidents, supporting prioritization, resolution, and communication. Work in line with DevOps and agile principles, supporting continuous delivery and operational stability. Collaborate with other analytics and IT stakeholders to ensure SLAs and delivery commitments are met.
