(after confirmation, $200 transport allowance + increment + AWS + VB up to 4.5months) 5 Work Days Mon to Fri, 7.15am to 4pm Pioneer Your Responsibilities: - Perform data entry tasks and compile relevant operational data and reports. Accurately record and update warehouse data in the system. Assist with the receiving, checking, and acknowledgement of warehouse goods. Handle filing, photocopying, faxing, and the preparation and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail or parcels. Process and manage warehouse-related documentation and paperwork. Verify purchase orders and obtain the necessary management approvals for procurement activities. Identify, verify, and communicate workflow discrepancies while providing support to other departments when required.
