Job Description
Preventive Maintenance (PM): Supervise and execute the PM schedule for all M&E systems, including HVAC (Chillers/AHUs), Electrical (LV panels/Gensets), Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Protection, and Vertical Transportation (Escalators/Lifts).
Corrective Maintenance: Lead the rectification of ad-hoc breakdowns to minimize disruption to mall operations.
Daily Inspections: Conduct daily walkthroughs of plant rooms, common areas, and back-of-house facilities to identify potential defects before they elevate.
Service Provider Supervision: Manage on‑site contractors to ensure work is carried out according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Safety requirements.
Performance Review: Evaluate the quality of work for outsourced services (e.g., cooling tower water treatment, fire alarm testing) and verify service reports.
