Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and facilitate the implementation of short- to medium-term activities within the team.
• Provide input on policies, processes and standards, focusing on tactical and operational decisions within a defined scope.
• Manage a diverse team of specialists and support roles, taking full responsibility for the employee lifecycle.
• Have at least 1 year of sales experience.
• Have experience with outbound and inbound sales.
