Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

Updating Import information in the system, TMF, C2C, Follow-net, any other system applied to attend customer needs.

Monitoring Import international ocean and air freight operations.

Coordinate arrivals with shipping lines, airlines and carriers.

Support with import process and following up document control

Support logistic coordination in import administrative and operation routines.

Interface with internal departments

Beginner to advanced English proficiency.

Must have verbal and written communication skills

Knowledgeable of freight forwarding in air and ocean transportation.

Required skills: Planning, time management, collaboration and organization.

Ability to work well in a team environment, interact with internal and external resources, positive and flexible attitude, and professionalism.
