Operations Associate-Tubing 2nd Shift

Nesco Resource is looking for an Operations Associate-Tubing 2nd Shift located in Bethel, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Shift: 3PM-11:30PM

Pay: $18-$22/hour depending on experience ( 12% shift differential)

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain tube/wire processing equipment for maximum efficiency and quality.

Operate multiple machines within an assigned work cell.

Perform and document in-process inspections using precision tools (pin gauges, laser micrometers, etc.).

Conduct routine equipment maintenance and inspect drawing dies and tooling.

Manage inventory of tools, fixtures, and consumables.

Collaborate with logistics and engineering teams to meet delivery, scrap, and productivity goals.

Maintain and track work orders in the ERP system.
