Operations Coordinator

**Job Description**
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations Coordinator to serve as the administrative backbone of our Operations leadership team. Reporting directly to the COO, you'll support a team of senior leaders — keeping calendars, meetings, events, and systems running seamlessly so leadership can stay focused on the big picture.
**What You'll Do**
+ Provide comprehensive executive support to the COO and Operations VPs — managing calendars, travel, expenses, and correspondence
+ Own end-to-end meeting coordination, including agenda prep, note-taking, and action item tracking
+ Plan and execute large-scale events such as the bi-annual SPARK conference, Franchise Convention, and Discovery Days
+ Coordinate franchise recruitment activities, FAC meetings, and franchisee communications
+ Administer the Aim High associate recognition program and other field acknowledgment initiatives
