About the Role
AAT Kings is looking for an organised, systems-savvy Operations Coordinator to join our On Road Operations team on a 6-month contract. This is a hands‑on coordination role sitting at the heart of tour delivery you'll be the engine behind ensuring our Travel Directors across Australia and New Zealand are fully prepared, well‑equipped, and supported from departure through to return.
You’ll own the administration of pre-trip documentation, manage Travel Director logistics, process wages and advances, and act as a key liaison across reservations, suppliers, finance, and guest relations. Alongside day‑to‑day operations, you’ll also play an active role in identifying smarter ways of working, streamlining processes, improving our use of tools like Airtable and Smartsheet, and contributing to automation and systems improvement initiatives.
