JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will be out on the production floor working closely with supervisors and operations leaders to gather key production data from whiteboards, logs, and team inputs, then accurately enter and maintain that information in Excel spreadsheets and reporting tools. They will spend a significant portion of their time organizing and validating data, updating trackers related to production metrics like downtime, quality, labor, and attendance, and building charts and visual reports that help leadership understand performance trends. In addition to reporting, they will support the operations team with administrative tasks such as preparing meeting materials, coordinating schedules, maintaining documentation, and assisting with internal communications.
