Operations & Dispatch Lead - KPI, Coaching & Optimization

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage operation Outbound Sort, Outbound Dispatch team by using the daily performance report, history of excellence, and team development.
• Works with internal and external functions to properly handle pushed-out parcels.
• Control and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction to achieve target.
• Able to report to management and stakeholders a summary of data, operational concerns, and improvement procedures.
• Optimized manpower from the planning team to operate as our cycle time and hourly volume.
• Coaching and advising team member.
• MPW Optimization, Planning, Lost control, Leadership, Backlog chasing and SLAManage initiatives to improve performance and compliance in FSOCW
