To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Operations Engineering Manager located in Aguascalientes, Mexico .
The role involves leading the PCBA engineering team responsible for SMT, through hole, and secondary assembly processes, ensuring stable production performance, strong quality outcomes, and effective support for new product introductions (NPI) and continuous improvement.
