- Position Title: Operations Executive
- Working Location: Bukit Merah
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 9:30am to 5:30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $6,000 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Coordinate daily bunker operations and vessel schedules.
- Liaise with vessel masters, barge operators, surveyors, suppliers, and port authorities regarding bunker delivery arrangements.
- Monitor bunker loading and discharge activities to ensure smooth operations and compliance with procedures.
- Prepare and verify operational documents, including Bunker Delivery Notes (BDN), cargo documents, delivery reports, port documentation and Statements of Facts (SOF).
- Track vessel movements and provide operational updates to customers.
