Job Description
Position Title: Operations Executive Air Freight Export
Job Location: Karachi, Pakistan
What will you do?
Position holder will be responsible to build and maintain strong relationships with air carriers, able to negotiate competitive rates with the carriers. Maintain close relationship with key customers, addressing their concerns, resolving issues and ensuring their satisfaction. Continuously assess customer needs, market trends and competitors to enhance service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
- Proactive team member of operations department
- Manage file creation and all services associated with air freight product.
- Manage documentation in order to ensure proper execution of jobs.
- Assist customers & sales team in day‑2‑day requests related to export/import inquiries.
