Operations Executive – Fleet Management & Logistics

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations to join our fleet management and logistics team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, and interested in pursuing a career in supply chain or logistics management.

Assist in daily fleet scheduling and coordination of drivers for delivery jobs.

Support monitoring of real-time fleet operations and assist in resolving delivery or routing issues.

Maintain and update fleet records, including vehicle servicing, driver documentation, and compliance logs.

Prepare operational reports and assist in tracking KPIs related to fleet performance.

Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Support onboarding processes for new drivers, including document collection and orientation.
