Motion Media Works is an AV event production company supporting conferences, summits, exhibitions, livestreams, LED walls, hybrid events and corporate productions across Singapore.
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support the planning, coordination and execution of daily operations.
This role is ideal for someone who remains calm under pressure, enjoys solving problems, takes ownership of tasks and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. You should enjoy organising schedules, coordinating people and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will work closely with technicians, drivers, operational crew and internal teams on a daily basis.
