Operations Executive (Marine)

Responsibilites: 1. Crew Management
Conduct crew briefings during Signing On and Signing Off procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Support the planning, scheduling, and deployment of crew members across the fleet. Coordinate and monitor crew training programs, including competency assessments and certification compliance. Plan and manage local crew rosters, ensuring optimal coverage and adherence to work-rest regulations. Oversee cadet training and development programs to support career progression and talent retention. Assist in identifying crew requirements and support the recruitment and selection process for seafarers and cadets. 2. Tugboat Maintenance Lead daily Toolbox Meetings to ensure safety protocols and maintenance objectives are clearly communicated to the crew.
