Job Summary

YOUGotaGift is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Executive – Partnerships to assist in the daily operations of the Partnership Team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations by maintaining trackers, sourcing marketing collateral, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Internal Operations:

• Maintain and update various Excel trackers on a daily and weekly basis.
• Identify and escalate concerns requiring immediate action.
• Track and resolve customer complaints related to the Partnership Team by coordinating

with relevant departments for timely resolution.

Merchant Operations:

• Assist in managing relationships with new and existing merchants, including updating
