1) Assist Operations Manager in making important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
2) Manage everyday operations of outlets and Central Kitchen

3) Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

4) Assist Operations Manager in planning for short and long-term goals, including expansions

5) Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.

6) Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations

7) Responsible for reducing Operational costs

8) Communicate and coordinate with delivery portals.

9) Improve customer experience at all outlets.
