Job Description
Manage daily fleet maintenance and operations (passenger/commercial vehicles).
Plan, coordinate schedules and monitor vehicle status.
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, providing good customer service.
Coordinate with internal and external customers to support daily deliveries.
Coordinate vehicle inspection, maintenance, and servicing of fleet.
Ensure general upkeep and cleanliness of the fleet.
Perform any other jobs assigned.
Requirements- Higher NITEC/ NITEC / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, business support or relevant fields.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Responsible, team-player and organized.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Possess valid class 3 driving license (Optional).
