  Our client is a global lifestyle brand with regional operations based in Singapore. They are currently seeking aOperations Executive to support regional operations and distributor management across Asia. Responsibilities
  - Manage purchase orders and coordinate order processing with regional distributors.
  - Issue Proforma Invoices (PI) and support production planning with suppliers.
  - Coordinate shipping schedules and work with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
  - Prepare and manage export documentation such as invoices and packing lists.
  - Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
