Operations Executive

Support daily vessel and bunker operations while coordinating with crews, passengers, and stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient ferry services.

• Assist the Operation Manager in planning and coordinating daily vessel schedules to optimize operations
• Support day-to-day vessel and bunker operations to maintain smooth service delivery
• Communicate effectively with passengers, vessel crews, shipping agents, and terminal operators to resolve issues and provide information
• Collaborate with the HSE and Fleet departments to report vessel defects and support safety initiatives
• Monitor and promote vessel cleanliness and crew adherence to safety measures to maintain a safe environment
• Maintain accurate records and manage documentation related to bunker control for compliance and operational tracking
