Operations Executive

Oversee daily bunker operations and align vessel schedules to keep activities running smoothly. Engage with vessel masters, barge operators, surveyors, suppliers, and port authorities on bunker delivery arrangements. Observe bunker loading and discharging activities to safeguard operational efficiency and compliance. Compile and validate operational documents, including Bunker Delivery Notes (BDN), cargo documents, delivery reports, port documentation, and Statements of Facts (SOF). Follow vessel movements and keep customers informed on operational status. Capture accurate records of cargo quantities, fuel transfers, and inventory movements. Carry out spot checks to confirm bunker operations meet safety and regulatory requirements. Work alongside internal departments to address operational issues, claims, discrepancies, or delays, including post-fixture matters and day-to-day challenges.
