General Job Information:

Job Purpose: The Continuous Improvement/Operations Graduate role is to educate and develop a Graduate to potentially become a manager in the supply chain team after completing the graduate program. This person will be trained in the following areas in the Supply Chain of the Distribution Centres Functions will include People Management, Process Management (Receiving, Production, and Dispatch), Planning, Replenishment, Industrial Relations and SHEQ. The basis to become an effective Manager.
