Operations Graduate

Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Graduate to join our team in South Africa.

This unique position offers the chance to work in the fast-paced and ever-evolving industry while gaining invaluable experience through a global programme. In this role, you will spend time learning about AHK, working within, and gaining an understanding of our Global Operations. To ensure you gain full exposure to the company, the programme will involve rotating through different business functions and working on a variety of key projects across the wider business.

As part of this 2 year programme, you will have the opportunity to travel to our different locations; these could include Rustenburg, Durban, Steelpoort, Port Elizabeth, Saldanah and Richards Bay, Mozambique. This will expose you to different cultures, challenges, and opportunities, providing you with a well-rounded perspective and a wealth of experiences that will help shape your career.
