Operations & Guest Experience Associate

Support the day-to-day operations of a wellness bathhouse, ensuring high service standards, excellent guest experience, and efficient operational flow.

• Lead or assist with daily opening and closing procedures to ensure readiness and smooth transitions
• Manage shift operations and guest arrivals to maintain seamless service delivery
• Resolve guest queries and execute service recovery to enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate operational logs and report incidents promptly for transparency and safety
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating timely replenishment
• Train and mentor new team members on standard operating procedures to uphold quality standards
