Job Description
The
Operations Head
is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Wealth (Private Banking) Operations, Treasury Operations, Trade Finance Operations, Loan Operations of the Singapore branch, ensuring efficient operations in compliance with the bank's service standards and internal control. Responsibilities:
Operations Management Oversee the daily operations of Wealth (Private Banking) Operations, Treasury Operations, Trade Finance Operations, Loan Operations Approves and verifies transactions in accordance with policies and authority limits. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (Monetary Authority of Singapore, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) and internal policies. Monitor operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve workflows Attend regular operations meetings and coordinate administrative matters
