Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Intern to support and manage daily delivery operations. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth coordination between drivers, clients, and internal teams, while also handling administrative responsibilities to keep operations efficient and compliant.
Responsibilities- Plan and schedule daily delivery jobs for van and bike drivers.
- Monitor real-time job progress and reassign tasks when necessary.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Maintain accurate records of drivers, vehicle servicing, and job completion.
- Assist in onboarding drivers, collecting required documents, and managing compliance records.
- Track and report operational KPIs, preparing weekly performance updates for management.
