Description

OVERVIEW:

The Operations Lead has primary responsibility for the accurate and efficient movement of goods into and out of the store, as well as overseeing building maintenance, safety, and operations. This role significantly impacts the customer experience by ensuring efficient product flow, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring a safe, clean, and organized environment. The Operations Lead acts as a primary liaison to the AGR Accounting, Retail Buying and Retail Operations teams, along with external service providers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures accurate on-hand inventory through timely vouchering of inbound inventory, SKU assignment, purchase order creation, and processing of manual inventory adjustments.
  • Maintains the store's digital filing system for inventory receiving paperwork.
