Operations Lead - HNW Life Insurance

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of VUL policies, ensuring smooth operations from onboarding through issuance.
• Establish and maintain documentation standards, risk management practices, and operational processes.
• Build and nurture relationships with key external partners, including private banks and custodians.
• Act as the internal and external subject matter expert for VUL-related matters across distribution channels.
• Lead partner onboarding and ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor performance metrics and SLAs, providing reporting and recommendations to improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field.
• 10 or more years in life insurance operations, with solid knowledge of VUL products and structures.
