The purpose of this role is to lead, influence, and manage public transport operations through real time response, operational readiness planning, service continuity management and customer information delivery.

This is a decision-making role working collaboratively with PT operators, roading contractors and teams across AT to manage real‑time performance, mitigate network disruptions and manage incidents.

This role requires a strong operations leader to assimilate information from multiple sources, communicate clear, factual and timely information to ensure customers are informed and disruption is minimised.

This role offers an opportunity to support Auckland Transport through a period of significant network change and operational transformation.
