Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager with approximately 3–5+ years of relevant experience in the outsourcing or BPO industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency.
