.Supervise assembly and production teams to ensure they meet production goals & Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure timely delivery of products.Work with maquiladoras to leverage their expertise and resources.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing environment - Experience with maquiladoras and working in a cross-border manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
