Operations Manager - Dialysis Center

CuraKidney is looking for a Center Operations Manager to take overall ownership of center performance and act as the single point of coordination for all center-related matters.

The Center Head will work closely with HR, Marketing, Finance, Clinical, Facilities, Regulatory, and Operations teams to ensure the center runs smoothly, operates at maximum capacity, delivers excellent patient experience, and resolves issues quickly.

This role is not about personally handling every function, but about making sure the right departments are aligned, accountable, and moving on time.
